This policy describes how UPPERTECH collects and processes your personal data through this website.
Data collected
Via the contact form: name, email address, company (optional), project type, estimated budget and message. No data is collected without your knowledge.
Purpose
This data is used solely to answer your request and get back to you. It is never sold or shared with third parties.
Retention period
Data is kept for as long as necessary to process your request, and for a maximum of 3 years from the last contact.
Processors
Emails are sent via Resend (resend.com) and anti-spam protection is provided by Cloudflare Turnstile. Hosting is provided by Vercel.
Audience measurement and client area
This website uses Vercel Web Analytics, a cookieless audience measurement tool: page views are counted anonymously and in aggregate (page, country, device type, browser). In the client area reserved for our clients (/espace), each visit is also recorded with its date, time and an approximate city derived from the IP address (the IP address itself is not stored), for project follow-up purposes. This data is hosted by Vercel and kept for up to 12 months. Legal basis: legitimate interest (client relationship follow-up).
Your rights
Under the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, erase and object to your data. To exercise it, write to contact@uppertech.fr.
